SIZING
Ensuring an accurate measurement of your finger is essential for a perfect ring fit.
If you’re unsure of your ring size, visit a local jeweller who can measure it for you at no cost. Alternatively you can purchase a ring sizer online.
Keep in mind when measuring in cool weather, allow for a slightly looser fit as our fingers tend to swell in warmer weather.
If measuring in warm weather, the ring should be a comfortable and snug fit to avoid the ring becoming too loose in the cooler weather.

RESIZING & REPAIRS
Unfortunately our studio is not equipped to offer re-sizing at this point.
However we do offer most repairs, reach out to info@hija.com.au to discuss your options further.
For re-sizing and complex repairs you can visit a local jeweller who offer these services.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Every piece is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and 3-5 days for shipping within Australia.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please email info@hija.com.au , and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged items caused by the courier.
Currently we only offer shipping within Australia, we will be offering shipping to the rest of the world shortly!
Unfortunately we do not offer returns, however if you believe your item is faulty, email us within 5 days of your order arriving and we will review for a refund and return. All sales are final so please make sure you've order the correct product and size.
